Refund and Cancellation Policy

HydroBuild aims to provide clear information about swimming pool design, installation services, construction arrangements, and the financial terms associated with project proposals or confirmed agreements. Refunds, credits, cancellations, and other adjustments depend on the agreed scope of work, project stage, payment schedule, cancellation notice, materials ordered, work completed, and circumstances of the request. Any specific terms communicated in a signed agreement or confirmed project proposal may apply alongside this general policy, subject to applicable law.

Before installation begins

If construction has not yet started, contact HydroBuild as early as possible to discuss cancellation, rescheduling, or changes to the proposed pool design or installation plan. Any deposit, advance payment, design fee, cancellation charge, or potential refund will be reviewed according to the terms provided when the project was confirmed. The review may take into account design work already completed, site assessments, planning activities, materials ordered, supplier commitments, and other authorized expenses. Please include your project details, anticipated start date, and the change you are requesting so the applicable conditions can be reviewed before an adjustment is agreed.

After construction begins

If you believe an installation project does not match the agreed specifications, schedule, or scope of work, contact our team with the relevant project details, dates, and a description of the concern. Where useful, include supporting documentation, approved plans, photographs, or correspondence that helps explain the issue. HydroBuild will review the information against the confirmed agreement and the work or materials involved. Depending on the circumstances and applicable terms, a resolution may include clarification, correction of an identified issue, an agreed change to the work, a credit, or a refund when appropriate. Work already completed, custom materials, supplier commitments, and site conditions may affect the available options.

Cancellation and project changes

Requests to change construction dates, revise pool dimensions, replace finishing materials, add equipment, modify excavation requirements, or cancel an installation should be submitted as soon as the need becomes known. Approval may depend on design feasibility, permit or inspection requirements, contractor scheduling, material availability, work already performed, and the terms of the relevant project agreement. Changes may affect the total price, project timeline, and installation sequence. A change is not considered confirmed until HydroBuild has communicated its acceptance and any revised terms have been documented. Please retain written confirmation regarding approved changes, applicable charges, and revised payment arrangements.

Situations that may limit refunds

Processing and eligibility

Each request is assessed individually using the applicable project agreement, payment records, approved plans, construction progress, supplier commitments, relevant communications, and any supporting information provided. If a refund or credit is approved, the amount and processing method will be explained where possible, including any permitted deductions for completed work, non-recoverable materials, or other agreed project costs. Processing times may vary depending on the original payment method, financial institution, supplier arrangements, and any required verification. HydroBuild cannot guarantee a particular outcome before reviewing the details of the request.

If a provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will take precedence to the extent of that conflict. Any approved refund, cancellation, or project adjustment remains subject to the applicable agreement and mandatory legal protections.
